By securing a charter or using our Service, you consent to these Terms. Should you not agree with any portion of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Service Overview

NeutralDataConcourse offers high-end yacht charter services that include, but are not limited to:

  • Exclusive yacht rentals for a day
  • Evening boat trips
  • Company getaways
  • Private gatherings
  • Extended yacht voyages

Availability and weather conditions may affect service offerings. We have the authority to modify or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To arrange a charter, you are required to:

  • Be of 18 years or older
  • Supply truthful and complete details
  • Make the required upfront payment as detailed in the booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only with the issuance of payment and our formal confirmation. We maintain the right to decline service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings are contingent on yacht availability and favorable weather conditions. We will try to accommodate your preferred scheduling to the best of our capability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to adjustment without any notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the entire charter cost payable upon reservation
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours before the planned departure
  • Extra fees (if any): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and verified cheques. Our secure, encrypted platforms process payments.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement minus any processing charges
  • If canceled between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refunded
  • If canceled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund available

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain judge weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter for another available date without extra cost
  • Issue a full refund in case rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical failures with your designated yacht, we will attempt to arrange for an alternative option. If no replacement is available, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers must:

  • Adhere to all directions given by the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear when necessary
  • Inform about any medical issues that could influence their safety
  • Stay within the designated zones on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items not allowed on board include:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal products
  • Guns or other weapons
  • Overabundance of non-alcoholic beverages beyond reasonable consumption
  • Pets (unless with prior permission)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must behave in a courteous and respectful manner. Charter services can be terminated without refund if passenger behavior creates a safety concern or interferes with the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is capped at the price paid for your charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Personal injuries due to passengers' own negligence
  • Theft or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect, secondary, or punitive damages
  • Delays because of weather or situations not in our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We hold extensive marine insurance for our fleet and operations. Passengers are advised to have their travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our yacht services, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with nautical activities and accept responsibility for your own safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules subject to weather, safety, or operational needs. Efforts will be made to ensure substitutions are comparable to the original plan.

9. Force Majeure

We bear no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or alterations due to reasons beyond our control, which include but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Government directives
  • Port restrictions
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We conduct the handling of personal details in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By availing our services, you accept the terms of how we manage your personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials on our web portal, which include written content, visuals, logos, and photos, are secured by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or creation of derivative works is not permitted without our express authorization.
