What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Every charter comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The exact offerings differ by service — for instance, sunset tours provide premium refreshments and light snacks, while business charters feature conference amenities and professional catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure your booking, it's best to do so 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during high season (May–September). For business gatherings and personal festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks beforehand allows for greater availability and customization options.
What is the procedure in case of bad weather?
Our primary concern is your safety. If the captain determines that weather conditions are not conducive to a safe journey, we'll propose an alternative date for your charter or offer a complete refund. Our team closely monitors the weather and will get in touch with you 24 hours prior to your trip if weather seems to be an issue.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and drinks?
Guests are free to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. We also provide exceptional catering solutions and can tailor menus according to your tastes. Note that for safety considerations, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts equipped to host guests with mobility restrictions?
Our goal is to be inclusive for all passengers. Certain yachts in our fleet are equipped with facilities for easier access. We ask you to communicate your requirements during reservation so we can suggest the most suitable vessel and make any needed preparations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
A full refund is issued for cancellations done at least 72 hours prior to departure. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the trip are non-refundable, except in cases of unfavorable weather or mechanical failures on our part.
